ok i dunno why but when i dial my voicemail i cant enter my four digit pin to access my messages. it like i was pressing nothing at all. i dont get it. i also tryed to change my voicemail number to the number>pause>pause>passcode># and it only will dial the number and nothing after. what am i doing wrong??? pleas help!!! thanks in advance
