Well, this has probably been posted here many of times, but since I haven't seen a single thread about it unless I use the search feature, I'm sure at least a few people here would be interested in this offer, if eligible.
My current plan with Moto Q Phone:
500 Anytime Minutes
Unlimited Night and Weekend Minutes after 7PM
Unlimited Text Messages
Unlimited Internet / Data Transfer [EVDO]
30 Day Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee
$30 a month.
Is it really for anyone? The link you gave says to enter the employee email address. Are you sure this isn't just for Sprint employees?
The SERO offer is a special referral reward from Sprint Employees. Basically, Sprint employees have the opportunity to share a special Sprint deal with their friends and family. The email address I provided can be used as your Spring Employee Referrer. Some times, the email address may be closed, and the offer will not work. Right now, the offer is opened using that email as the referrer! This is not illegal in any way, and will not void your contract whatsoever.
i currently have a fair n flex plan with sprint.if i already have a plan can i switch my plan to this offer.
Try to reach the retentions department. Search the threads in slickdeals and fatwallet for more details. Avoid trying to do that with the usual customer service reps.
The "rule" is that sero is for new customers. Ofcourse, there are always exceptions in any rule, especially since Sprint wants to increase/keep its clients.

Good luck.
If you're going to switch from Sprint to Sprint SERO, expect to lose your phone number.
Everything you did and didnt want to know about sero! I also used the "savings@sprintemi.com" email. Great deal it allowed me to have my sprint phone and also my uscc phone and save money because uscc is expensive...
