help with sync on my moto q9c - Motorola Q

I need help, I want to get my exchange mail from my work computer, but I can not get the thing to sync wireless, I don't want to do it connected to my computer with my usb, anyone know what I need to do. I know veriaon have a thing to download that will do it fast, but I can't find anything like that from sprint. Please help

Is your Exchange server not setup for Exchange ActiveSync? Is it setup for Outlook Web Access?

I am not sure, how can I tell the difference, my IT guys are hard to deal with, and are no help

Outlook Web Access is a way to access your mail using Internet Explorer. Try browsing to https://mail.domain.com/exchange (where domain.com is your company's domain [the domain you use to log in to your work PC]). If that works try setting up ActiveSync on your phone. It's best if you don't have any partnerships so dump those before you begin. Use mail.domain.com for the server address.

I must be dumb, I my email address at work is *****@lebanontn.org, so what do I put in and how do I go about it. I should have just gone to verizon, so much easier there

I think I have figured it out, but I always get a error with support code 0x85010001

0x85010001 usually means your password is incorrect.

yes, the exchange mail thing is the min reason I got the phone, and it don't do what it is supposed to do, so it SUCKS
