I am only 2 weeks into my new Sprint plan with the Moto Q. Other than a few small quirks, it has been ok. I have been reading a lot that people are having tons of issues after 2-3 months of use. I am wondering if I should cancel my plan and get the Moto Q9c?
If you can trade your Q for a Q9c for free then do it. Otherwise make sure that your Q has the latest firmware and make sure that you get the insurance on it.
I guess I am just a little worried because there is a lot of complaint with this model. I really like the size, but I am on the fence whether to get 9c. It is a lot of crazy paperwork and canceling plans, etc.
If you have had your Q for only two weeks then you should be able to return it without any hassles. I believe Sprint has a 30-day grace period. I am sure if you tell them you'd rather have a Q9c they will work something out for you.
Sending it back seems to be a lot of work. They want me to send it back and then they will do my order all over again. They already overcharged me for the Q and when I called to today....I go some girl in the Philippines that I could barely understand.
