I do not know what to do. I have had my Moto Q9c for one week and I have had to hard reset the phone 3 times. It seems that the Icons on the main screen turn themselves "off" and when I go to the start menu and try to access the windows programs like file manager or settings, there is nothing. The icon is there, but I select them and nothing happens. I have learned my lesson after the 2 reset and copied all my contacts to my mem card. Is there anything I can do? My last option is to return the phone and get another (still in the 30days) . HELP?! It seems that it is a Windows prob so far.
I wonder if it is a software version issue. My q9c has performed perfectly for the past month and a half. Not one single glich... what is the exact software version on your q9c??
