Recently, I accidentally deleted a factory default file in an attempt to make more space available on my phone. It is the otasetup.exe file located in 'My Documents' within 'File Manager'. Could someone please post this file for me? I called Sprint and the only solution they had was to reset the phone to factory settings and reprogram all over again- seems a bit much for a file less than 1mb in size. Please help.
Are you with sprint? Do you have an OTA Setup icon in your start menu? It's somewhere in File Manager. I could be wrong about the name, but I'm sure it's ota*.*
I found the file. It's a part of the 'Get Good' Install icon in the Start Menu. I haven't learned what this is used for yet. I guess I need to stop clicking on stuff. Thx for searching.
