My phone got dust under the screen in a week!!!
I just hope it does not get worse. I will just keep it they way it is or try replacing it within 30 days for a new q 9c. I really like the features on the 9c...so am not sure if a little (hope it stay a little...how is it for the oldies after 3-6 months?) dust under screen will make me switch.
so...I called sprint regarding the dust under screen and they sent me a new phone. I will start using it after I buy a cover for it this wkend.
a question for you all...i saw 25 views no replies...that means that all you folks do not have dust u screen issue. thats good.
hopefully my new replacement will be fine. I will make sure i keep it in a cover when not in use. I am thinking a cover which covers the whole phone (a pouch of some sort).
also...for those who have this issue. does it get unbearable after months?
Just had this happen to my last phone after 3 days, had them give me a new one, first day I got the new on, happened again. Any help on this? Sprint store says they won't clean it without breaking it.
