I just have this phone for 2 days, was using the phone, after try see one video, the windows media player not start(before worked fine,just this time), i try shutdown the phone, when i turn on, the phone stuck in the motorola logo, and nothing happens, i take the bat out, did everything i can do, and still the same, what i can do? Seems like the windows crash or something like that, have some ppl with the same problem? Or i'm the luck one?
I had the same problem 3 times, got 3 new phones the last one I got has worked for about a month, all I know to tell you is to make sure you have the repair replace plan and keep on chugging
They had me do the following method to do a master reset, which did get it to boot back up again. I know it sounds like a fake cheat code ...
1. Remove the battery.
2. Push the power button 20 times.
3. Put the battery back.
4. Push and hold the center navigation button (rectangle in the middle of the four arrow keys).
5. While still holding the center navigation button, push and hold the power button.
6. Keep holding both buttons until you see the green text asking if you want to do a master reset.
7. Select "YES."
