Sending Email on Moto Q9C using Comcast Secondary Email Accounts

Ever Since my wife and I got the Q9C we have been unable to send email using any of our secondary Comcast email accounts. The primary account works fine, sends and receives with no problems. The secondary accounts receive fine but will not send. We continue to get message stating unable to send messages. Check cell coverage and account information and retry.
The outgoing email server for the secondary accounts is the same as the primary.
