I don't use the ATT Communications Mgr at all. It's real easy to do it though... do you want to connect via USB cable or via Bluetooth?

I don't use a connection mgr at all. Follow these steps:

You need to run the IntshrUI.exe

Download this CAB file and copy/transfer it to your Q.

RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

Now, run the CAB on your Q and it should create a shortcut icon in your Start Menu called "Internet Sharing". Connect your Q via your USB cable to your computer and and then click on Internet Sharing. It currently should say Status: Disconnect and your PC Connection: USB. Click on the "Connect" left soft key. The driver search and install will begin and it may take a bit (you may need to restart your PC after the install, but I didn't have to).

Now, once it goes through all that initializing... you should be connected already. There's no indication or message boxes telling you you're connected, you're just connected. Test it by loading up your browser on your computer and navigate to a web page.

That should be it.

It looks from the file names that you extracted the cab. Copy the cab file directly to your Q and then open it.
