I have AT&T and just switched from the 8125 to the MOTO Q.
On the 8125, when I would get an incoming call, it would show the number of the person calling, and if that number was programmed into my phone, it would show the contact name associated with it.
On the Q, if I don't have a contact added, the incoming call just shows "unknown". How do I know what number is calling me?
Can I change this somehow so that it shows the incoming number? How do I look at call history to see what numbers have called me, etc.?
I have a Q9M and according to my manual it will show the name if they are programmed into the phone. You also have the option of putting that person's picture and setting a unique caller tone for that contact.
