Moto Q PDA Data Plan & Cellular Video

I just signed up with AT&T and got the Moto Q PDA phone. I was told that the unlimited Data plan was $30/month and it includes Cellular Video. For my first week I was using Cellular video with no problems. As of yesterday i went to CV and clicked on a clip to view the video and received the following message: To watch video clips, you must sign up for a Media Max bundle that includes unlimited video and unlimited Media net. Click "Pick Your Package" below. Follow the easy steps. Enjoy the Show!

I tried calling customer service but I'm on hold for unknow amount of time. I was already disconnected twice while on hold. I tried online help and they said I have to call. I'm in my first 30 days and thinking about going back to Verizon and say F--- this Internet Sh-- on the phone. It is not like it is fast or anything. I am also considering writing a letter to the CEO Ralph de la Vega.

Now do you need the extra speed for $15 more than media net? If not, I'd say downgrade to that since mobile net isn't that great regardless of its speed and you have proper stuff at work and home.

I was considering getting a smartphone for the cheaper plan but there wasnt one with RealPlayer to watch BigBrother feeds or BlueTooth stereo headsets. So I kept the Q and dumped the data. I have a laptop a pc, and xm on my tv and truck. Thats enough.
