hi all. i got my AT&T moto q9h about a month ago. i noticed that it tends to turn off when i dropped it or it was rattled around(at least thats what i think the problem was). so i put a few strips of duct tape under the back cover to keep the battery in place and this worked. now i've noticed that whenever i try to tether it via BT, it turns itself off and when i turn it on, it keeps recieving the same text message i got an hour before but deleted. i am using these instructions: http://www.hellomotoq.com/forums/t-w...html#post24086
i have a mac, but i dont think that has anything to do with it. is this AT&T doing this or just some software glitch? my phone is app unlocked and has a few simple hacks. any help is appreciated.
P.S. i might try to get "pda-net" but i dont wanna get it if it wont work. also, i used my old nokia 6102i as a modem on my mac and it worked fine.
one more thing. when it turns itself off, i cant turn it back on. i have to remove the battery and then turn it back on.

my phone turns off whenever i tap the bottom of it but i fixed that prob. its only barley similar but u taped on the battery cover i used electric tape around my battery to make it hold a little bit more tighter in the slot it work perfect i even fling my device on the bed and tap it agen and it stays on so mine needed a new battery because my battery was slack also it has a sticker saying "engineering sample for development purposes only"in orange so i got a new battery problem solved i also have two batteries to use so one works as a backup my prob was just the battery was slack

That's where you connect your phone to your PC and use the data connection on the phone to access the internet on the PC. Most (if not all) carriers want extra $ a month for this.
