not sure what happened but not i can't receive or send calls from my phone. when i call it from another line it just rings then eventually goes to my voice mail.
Has anyone had this problem before?
Take it in. This happened to me. The phone would hang at "Dialing'" when i made a call, and it wouldn't connect to the net. although mine wouldn't connect to the network at all. Call TELUS, and they have a program to see if your ESN/phone is on the network. mine reported no, and they replaced the Q.
