Hi fellow Telus clients....

Hey guys. I happened to to just drop by while searching for any tips on Google and this forum came up. Basically, I'm from Winnipeg, Manitoba and I am a TOTAL NOOB w/ PDA phones. I recently picked up a 4 month old(swapped original through Telus) Silver MotoQ off a person from a local forum. All he had from owning it which he had purchased online was a the phone itself, and as well as a case.

I just recently printed out the manual through Telus. Like I stated, I'm looking for tips and to what's "cool" so I can't "pimp out" this phone.

First for me would be the Home Service name on the screen. Can I get rid of it somehow?! Any other links or tips would be great. Thanks in advance from a TOTAL NOOB!

I think you can change the Home Service name if you get into the registry or something like that. If you don't know much about it I wouldn't recommend it. You get used to it. There are some really cool home screens that you can get and lots of different apps. I have the silver one also. I haven't added many programs or messed around with the registry or anything though.

Thanks for the tip mando. I unfortunately am not electronically illiterate. Therefore, while reading up and down these forums, I've got no clue as to what people are saying and what not...argh!!!
