I have a new Motorola Q from MTS (they are the same as aliant i believe). I am trying to install some games to play on it. For example UnderCroft. It says it should run on WM5 so i figure i was good to go.
When i download the application then run the install i get "The installation was unsuccessfull. This program was not meant for this device."
Does this mean the Q can only run programs built for the Q? Or is it a lockdown issue? Is there someway i can unlock it? I would like to get some new games and such for the phone, but this has happened to me on more than one occasion with more than one game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh i just wanted to add that i have added some 3rd party apps like Office and oggsync, so i can install some things.
I have an mts Q, I am just cavemanning this, I wanted to just DL and install some themes, but even that is becoming arduous. I can dl the files, but where do I install them too. I can't find the folders on the mobile device to install or place them in?
Just like on a PC you can save CAB's to my documents folder on your phone and run them to install.
