Question Good Mobile Messaging (Goodlink)

Anyone out there using Good Technology's Mobile Messaging (aka Goodlink) application with a corporate MS Exhange environment?

What are your experiences?

We use GoodLink at my work, and my experience have been from awful to better. When I first got the phone in September I believe it continued to freeze up to the point where I couldn't receive a phone call; it did this about 10 times a day, then there was a software update; it got a little better and only happend about 5 times a day; I recently did the latest software update and (knock on wood) it hasn't frozen up to the point where I have to take out the battery to reset it. So this looks like a good update, there is still some latency when receiving some emails and sending (longest since the update has been about 30 minutes). But I can deal with all these problems as long as I don't have to lug around a huge treo!

Sure! We have a mix of Moto Q's and Treo 650's and 700's (About 90 phones total). Aside from a few glitches in my own phone (see other thread), I've not had any problems. Would definitely recommend!

Good Link/ Options

Do any of you GOODLINK users know how to seperate the GoodLink options....in other words can you only use the Goodlink email option and use the Q's phone dialing options insted of Goodlinks?

Have you had issues connecting? I have a new Motyo Q with Goodmail loaded but I get an Error 50: Radio not installed when I try to use. Am on Alltel network. Saw another user in Alltel thread with same issue, no answer. THANKS

Exclamation US Cellular & Good

I want to let all US Cellular users know that if you use Good Messaging with that carrier you will be paying huge STS fees because they are not partners with Good. The Company i work for switched all there wireless plans to US Cellular, the company was told by US Cellular that Good will work on the Moto Q and we would be just fine. Recently every Good Messaging User in the company recieved an email stating there email service with Good has been shut off. I don't want any one else to have to go thourgh this headache that is why i am posting this. Good has told me that US Cellular is in talks with them but could not give me any more information. Buyer Please Beware is all i have to say and please do research into any transfer to another carrier. Me personaly liked all the benifits Good gives you over outlook mobile access. These are only my opinions.
