I ran into a problem today. The company that I work for recently changed there phone system. Extensions are now the first 4 letters of the persons last name as asigned to a normal touchtone telephone. I tried being smart and just compared the letters with the corresponding numbers on a normal phone but it didn't work. I just kept getting an error message. Is there a decent third part app out there that will allow me to use the Q like a touchtone phone? Or am I stuck using landlines for such things?
