Adobe Flash Lite 3.1 Leaked

Quote:

Windows Mobile has always had support for Flash in the browser and OS, but in recent years the version available on the platform has lagged behind, with only Flash Lite 2.1 being widely available for many years.
We have however speculated that Flash Lite 3 will be available soon, and user anryl over at XDA-Developers.com has brought that day dramatically closer. Flash Lite 3.1 is now available for download here in cab form. It works well for simple flash sites and even youtube video. We will put up a video soon to show it in action.

I'm not quite sure how it will work but I installed it on my phone and it says installed but there's no separate app. launcher. I haven't gone to any flash sites to test it out yet. Let me know what you all find.

EH!!! Doesn't look like it works like it supposed to from the video in the link. Looks like a dud for the Q.. unless you all see something different.

Did you take Flash Lite 2.1 off first?

Taken from XDA-Developers Forum, note the colored text:

Flash Lite V3.5 Cab!

It works! and its in a cab! Works in opera, youtube, google videos, some basic flash games!

For it to work:

*Opera needs to be installed in the MAIN memory, will NOT work on storage card
*Be using the newest Opera Build, 1938 ( Upgrade cab here)
*Have WM6.1 Core 20000+ (Some 19000+ builds work, and some WM6 work, but it seems to be a bit unreliable - WM5 will not work atm)
*Do NOT Use the official beta, it DOES NOT WORK
*Remove all other version of flash first, it will not work if they are installed/cooked into your rom

Other:

*If you want to uninstal it, its called Anryl My Mobile Application
*This does not seem to work with IE
*This will NOT work with opera Mini
*This does not seem to work on netfront
*The Null keyboard cab attached is to deal with the problem with the virtual keyboard poping up when you click on a flash vid, its a bit messy but works for the time being.
*Wont work with WM standard untill there is a version of opera 9.5 for it. (unless there is?)
