PowerSMS Beta Adds Powerful Text Messaging Features

Jason Langridge's Weblog did a feature on a new software called Power SMS, which adds some new features to your Windows Mobile text messaging needs. The beta application allows users to send themselves text messages as reminders, send group text messages, schedule when a text message will be sent, and backup your messages to restore in the event you need to do a hard reset or change devices. You can download the beta of Power SMS from Trinket Software

This program is really cool. If you try it out make sure you head over to their site and let them know what you think. I already have a couple of suggestions I'm going to leave.

If you're currently running a beta, please uninstall it and download the final version from www.trinketsoftware.com/download/powersms.cab. The final version includes many enhancements, a few bug fixes, lots of performance improvements and cleanup. I'm confident you'll be very happy with the work we've done since the beta.
Thanks again to all the beta testers that have sent in so much great feedback over the last few weeks. If we didn't include your feature request in version 1.0, it will probably be included in the next version. After you've installed the final version, let me know what you think.

I couldn't get the send a message at the scheduled time to work being sent to another contact.....i am running 6.1 with the built in threaded text anyone else have this issue?
didnt check this out, but CT Schedulat from connectivetools.com does most of these things allready. Except backing up texts . For that i use PPC PIM Backup. For group SMS i use ...GroupSMS
