When you apply a theme make sure and leave the color scheme and background set to default.

Yeah, that's probably your problem. Leave them on default and you'll be good to go. Here's a good site to get started on apps:

Just over a month

Love the Q. Google apps work pretty much awesomely. Except for picasaweb for some reason. It worked for awhile but then it quit. Not sure.

As for youtube. Check out Tinytube: Mobile Video - Welcome! pretty much videos you can download to your Q or watch online. Works great. Not everything on Youtube but alot of the. Also you can download youtube videos for later at YouTube Video Download Tool

Love watching the Weather channel with eTV. That is fun. Even if it is a rerun usually.

I really like my Q. I was told that you could use it as a navigation system is this true and how?

The Q requires an external Bluetooth GPS and software.
