How do i download programs

I have been trying to download google earth to my q and cannot. How do i download software to the q

I download whatever program I want to my computer then load it on my Q with the usb chord that comes with the Q using active sync.

Or download a .CAB file, put it on your phone using ActiveSync and install straight from the phone.
