so i have my Q9m from Verizon and i love it. but my problem is that i cant use I.E or anything that use internet for that matter. i get an

i went to verizon today and left my phone there for 2 hours i came back they had formated the whole thing and didnt even fix the problem i doubt they even check the thing
Did you purchase the data plan with it? I did not, I only have texting on my Q9M. When someone tries to send me a pic text, I get that login error. I have to manually go in and delete the MMS message. Verizon said that if I want to receive text pics that I have to purchase their data plan since I have a smartphone. Good luck!
