mol2 update help

I downloaded and updated my Q last night from the Motorola web site and all went well until I tried to use it. My device phone number was wiped out and now I am in roaming and can't connect to the web. Verizon is no longer recognizing the device. Any suggestions????

You have to dial *228 and then option 2. You should then also do a master reset

I need to know a little more, if you're not fixed yet.

1. Was it bought through VZW?
2. What firmware revision was it / is now?
3. Was the battery FULLY charged?
4. Can you make/get calls at all?

Thanks.
